Our proprietary process consists of:

1. Clearing out your garage. If you need assistance, our team can help Grinding the existing concrete floor. We use a grinder equipped with diamond tooling to prepare the surface. This better enables it to bond to the base coat of your new floor. Creating the strongest possible substrate is important because a good foundation results in a floor that stands up to wear and tear.
2. Applying a generous basecoat of high-grade polyaspartic coating. We use 18-inch rollers to level out this coat.
3. Artfully spreading designer vinyl color flakes across the coating to produce the stone and epoxy-like result of your choice.
4. Overnight curing. This step allows the base coat to cure and bond with the substrate.
5. Applying aluminum oxide across the floor’s surface. Aluminum oxide helps to preserve the epoxy and creates a rough texture that prevents slipping under wet conditions
6. Applying the epoxy topcoat, also known as the “polyaspartic polyurea.” This is the strongest epoxy material on the market today and offers extreme protection against wear and tear. The surface is safe to walk on after 24 hours and drive on after 36.
