Most of our communication with customers is by phone or email. On our sales calls there is no need for our owner Chad to enter your home and he will meet you with a friendly greeting but no handshake. Business can be conducted in the open garage with Chad explaining our process and pointing out areas that will be repaired and coated while you are at a safe distance at the doorway to the house. The proposal and ordering process will be done by email.
Our installation crews are instructed to prioritize their health by following safety guidelines from public health authorities and staying home if feeling ill. During installation there is no interaction necessary between our installers and our customers. They will only be in your garage and any incidental communication you may have with them can be from your doorway. They will sanitize door handles and any other surfaces they might rarely happen to touch.
