How to Clean Your Polyaspartic Garage Floor

Routine Garage Floor Cleaning

For routine cleaning, polyaspartic floors require very little effort:

Sweep or blow away dust, dirt, and loose grit
Use a leaf blower or soft broom to clear debris
Spot-clean spills as they happen

Because the surface is non-porous, dirt and contaminants stay on top instead of soaking in.

Occasional Garage Floor Deep Cleaning

For heavy cleaning of a soiled floor:

Sweep away any loose debris
Saturate the floor with a diluted clear cleaning solution such as a degreaser (Dawn Dish Soap, Greased Lightning at Home Depot). Eight ounces of a degreaser per gallon of water is all that is typically needed.
Pour mixture on floor and let sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with a hose and foam squeegee.
Light power washing is acceptable.
