1. Clearing out your garage.
2. Grinding the existing concrete floor. This “etching” process opens the pores in the concrete to allow better bonding with our epoxy. OGI will also perform any necessary repairs to the substrate.
3. Basecoat application: Rolling out the first layer of our high-grade epoxy primer 
4. Application of designer vinyl color flakes for the finished look you choose. 
5. Overnight curing to allow the epoxy to bond to the substrate.
6. Applying aluminum oxide across the floor’s surface. Aluminum oxide helps to preserve the epoxy and creates a rough texture that prevents slipping under wet conditions. 
7. Applying the epoxy topcoat, also known as the “polyaspartic polyurea.” This is the strongest epoxy material on the market today and offers extreme protection against wear and tear. The surface is safe to walk on after 24 hours and drive on after 36.
