Polymer Floor Coating System – Lifetime Warranty
Floor Coating Systems: Ohio Garage Interiors, an Ohio Corporation, represents and warrants that (i) the labor, and (ii) the materials manufactured by or for Ohio Garage Interiors used in the installation of your floor coating system to be free from defects and the floor coating will not peel or delaminate during the time you own your home. Warranty is non-transferrable.
The above warranties exclude the following:
- Floor damage caused by repairs done outside of Ohio Garage Interiors, fire, acts of God, holes cut or drilled into the floor coating.
- Attempted repair or removal of Ohio Garage Interiors products by anyone other than Ohio Garage Interiors or its authorized dealers.
- Products that are not manufactured by or for Ohio Garage Interiors for sale to & installation by its authorized dealers.
- Products that have not been installed by Ohio Garage Interiors or its authorized dealers.
- Products that have not been paid for in full by buyer.
- Damage caused by an excessive hydrostatic water issue, or exposure to either battery acid or brake fluid.
- Cracks in the substrate that appear from normal ground shift and expansion / contraction of the substrate.
Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be in writing. To make a warranty claim, contact Ohio Garage Interiors / 13500 Pearl Rd., Suite 139-388 / Strongsville, OH 44136 / (216) 767-63631. Ohio Garage Interiors will determine in its sole and absolute discretion, whether: (a) the floors have been properly maintained, and (b) the warranties granted herein are applicable and not otherwise subject to the exclusions hereunder. If a claim is determined to be subject to the warranties hereunder, then Ohio Garage Interiors will repair or replace the items subject to the claim at Ohio Garage Interiors’ expense. A claim hereunder will be your sole and exclusive remedy. If a warranty claim is approved and repairs are made by Ohio Garage Interiors to the floor, the repaired area will still be covered under warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer. This warranty may not be assigned or transferred. Warranty will be covered if Ohio Garage Interiors is sold and assigned to new company during the warranty period.
1EXCLUDING THE ABOVE, OHIO GARAGE INTERIORS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TRADE USAGE. FURTHERMORE, OHIO GARAGE INTERIORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOSS OF TIME, LEGAL SERVICES, OR TRAVEL) WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME AND WHETHER OR NOT BASED IN WARRANTY, CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LAW OR EQUITY.
