Floor Coating Assistant / General Laborer
This job posting is for a floor coating assistants position. Approximately a 40-hour work week and may have seasonal restrictions. Offering a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. Applicants should have some residential construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation. Laborers with special skills, such as concrete finishing and coating experience, is a plus but not a requirement. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be required to pass a drug test.
Examples of Laborer Responsibilities
- Perform setup/cleanup tasks at job site and shop warehouse
- Provide labor support for crew leaders
- Operate floor grinding equipment and small hand tools
- Possess detailed painting & coating skills
- Cleaning & organization of work spaces and trucks
Pay is approximately $20 per hour and is based on experience.
